These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rawvegan RecipesBook at https://rawveganrecipesbook.com, operated by RAW VEGAN BLESSINGS LLC. By using the Site, creating an account, subscribing or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One membership is for one person and may not be shared.
2. Membership
Membership gives access to recipes marked members-only. Plans are billed in advance at $8.99 per month or $79.99 per year (USD) and renew automatically until you turn renewal off in your account. When renewal is off, access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days notice before your next renewal.
3. Store orders
Product prices are shown in USD and may change without notice before you order. We ship within the United States. An order is accepted when we send a confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable we will refund it in full.
4. Content and license
All recipes, text, photographs, arrangements and design on the Site are owned by or licensed to RAW VEGAN BLESSINGS LLC. You may use recipes to cook for yourself, your household and guests. You may not republish, resell or redistribute recipes or members-only content, in whole or substantial part, without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass the membership paywall, scrape the Site, interfere with its security, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Food safety and disclaimer
Recipes are provided for general information. Please read our Disclaimer regarding allergies, raw ingredients, equipment and nutrition.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and RAW VEGAN BLESSINGS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
