Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Rawvegan RecipesBook, operated by RAW VEGAN BLESSINGS LLC.

1. Kitchen store returns

Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email info@rawveganrecipesbook.com with your order number to start a return; we will send instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

2. Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

3. Items we cannot accept back

For hygiene reasons, used knives, used cutting boards and opened food-contact items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

4. Membership

You can turn off membership renewal at any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full provided no members-only recipes have been opened since the renewal date. Monthly plans ($8.99) are otherwise non-refundable for partial months. Annual plans ($79.99) cancelled within the first 14 days of a new annual term receive a full refund.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
