We are a small team split between our Miami test kitchen and remote desks across the US. We care about clear writing, careful testing and kind member support.
Freelance Food Stylist $450 - $650 per shoot day
Style raw vegan dishes and kitchen store products for photo and short video shoots in our Miami studio. Expect two to four shoot days per month with prep work shared in advance.
What you will do
- Prepare and style finished recipes from the test kitchen for photography
- Source props, linens and surfaces that fit our natural, bright look
- Style store products such as boards, bowls and knives in real kitchen settings
- Work alongside the photographer to adjust plates between frames
- Keep the studio kitchen clean and organized after each shoot
- Share prop and shopping receipts for reimbursement
What you bring
- A portfolio of food styling work, ideally including plant-based dishes

Keep our kitchen store running smoothly, from product listings and inventory counts to shipping partners and returns. You will work closely with our store buyer and member care team.

Edit recipes, guides and articles so every page on Rawvegan RecipesBook is clear, consistent and easy to cook from. You will report to the editor-in-chief and help shape our editorial style guide.
What you will do
- Copyedit and fact check recipes, technique guides and store product copy
- Maintain and expand the editorial style guide for measurements, terms and tone
- Coordinate a weekly publishing calendar with the test kitchen and photo team
- Write short introductions, headnotes and seasonal collection pages
- Make sure content avoids medical or health claims and follows our guidelines
- Improve older recipes with updated notes, tips and structure
What you bring
- 3 or more years of editing experience, ideally in food or lifestyle media

Senior Recipe Developer $62,000 - $78,000
Create, test and document original raw vegan recipes for our members-only library and seasonal collections. You will work in our Miami test kitchen three days a week alongside the recipe development lead and our photographer.
What you will do
- Develop 8 to 12 new raw vegan recipes per month from concept to final written method
- Retest each recipe at least three times using standard home equipment
- Write clear ingredient lists, step-by-step instructions and helpful make-ahead notes
- Keep every recipe within dehydrator-temperature raw guidelines of 115F or below

What you bring

Help members with accounts, subscriptions, store orders and recipe questions by email and live chat. This is a 25 hour per week role with a consistent weekday schedule.
What you will do
- Answer member emails and chat messages with warmth and accuracy
- Assist with subscription changes, cancellations and billing questions
- Help customers track store orders and start returns
- Log common questions and share trends with the member care lead
- Update help center articles when policies or features change
What you bring
- 1 or more years of customer support experience, ideally for a subscription or online store
- Excellent written English and a patient, positive tone
- Comfort learning help desk and subscription billing tools
- Reliable home internet and a quiet workspace
- Availability for weekday shifts between 9am and 6pm Eastern
